"FATHERS' DAY - LOVENSPA" CONTEST RULES

Article 1 - Organization

The company Love'nSpa, whose registered office is located at 78 av Champs Élysée Paris 8, is organizing a free contest with no purchase necessary entitled "Mothers' Day Contest - Lovenspa" from 10/06/2025 to 15/06/2025 inclusive, on its social networks (Facebook and Instagram).

Article 2 - Conditions of participation

This game is open to any adult residing in mainland France, with the exception of the organizer's staff and their families.

Article 3 - Participation procedures

To validate their participation, the Internet user must:

-  Like the contest post,

-  Comment on the post by tagging a person,

-  Share the post in their story.

Only one participation per account is accepted.

Article 4 - Prize

One (1) one-night stay for two people in a love room offered on Lovenspa.fr with a maximum value of €250. The accommodation will be selected from a list proposed by the Love'nSpa team. The stay must be booked within 6 months of the draw date (subject to availability).

Article 5 - Winner selection

The winner will be drawn on 15/06/2025 from all valid entries and contacted via private message.

Article 6 - Liability

This game is neither managed nor sponsored by Instagram or Facebook. The organizer reserves the right to modify or cancel the contest if exceptional circumstances require it. The contest winner undertakes to respect the general terms and conditions of sale of the establishment they choose.

Article 7 - Personal data

The personal data collected is exclusively for Love'nSpa to contact the winner. In accordance with the "Informatique et Libertés" law, participants have a right to access and rectify their data.
