42m2 of atypical decor at your disposal, along with elements that create a sensual and playful ambiance. Immersed in darkness, it's a play of colors that will dim the atmosphere to give free rein to your desires.

Located in North Toulouse, intentionally decentralized from the city center, discover ColorRoom31 within a quiet and discreet residence at the end of a cul-de-sac.
It is in direct proximity to the Leclerc Rouffiac commercial area.

Parking at the residence entrance is always available and non-assigned.

By bus, line 68, Balma-Gramont (metro line A) - Castelmaurou Mairie.

Guest arrival is self-service via a connected key box.

Other remarks
The hot tub can only be filled once per reservation, to ensure a sufficient quantity of hot water.
