L'atypique des fouleries

"L'atypique des fouleries" is a house with its private troglodyte spa of 90m2, less than 2 hours from Paris.
We have completely renovated this house and created in an adjoining annex to the house an extraordinary place hidden from view, a troglodyte spa that will give you unforgettable memories in this completely atypical place.

A spa just for you with unlimited access to the jacuzzi area. The pool, hammam, and sauna areas are available at an additional cost on site.

The house and the spa are privatized for you during your stay.

In the spa, we provide you with: towels, a mini-fridge and a microwave, coffee, tea, orange juice, bathrobes, chocolate, night linen, shower gel, condiments...

During your stay, you can enjoy our high-end services: wellness massage upon request by a certified practitioner. Massage rates: 35e for 30 min, 70e for 1 hour: special back massage, head, neck and shoulders, cranial, relaxing, seniors, pregnant women, children from 6 years old, deep tissue...

Our house is very pleasant, the decoration is refined to create a cocooning atmosphere.

You will have all the comfort: a large equipped kitchen, 3 bedrooms, a large bathroom, a large living-dining room with wifi, large screen, and office space in the living room.

You can enjoy an outdoor space with the possibility to park your car. The house has an electric gate for your security.

We are in the historic district of Châteaudun. Nearby, we have the banks of the Loir, the castle, the Foulon caves. You can take the small promenade at the foot of the house for a walk to the city center where you will find all the shops, restaurants, and bars.

If you wish, you can arrive by train; we can pick you up at the station. We are 1h30 from Austerlitz station.
