Come and recharge your batteries in this 60m² single-storey accommodation with its private and unlimited high-end jacuzzi heated to 37°C.

We are in the heart of the southwest, between Bordeaux and Toulouse, near Agen, in a small village classified as a "village de caractère" (village of character). Located in a green valley on the edge of a stream, the village has remained very well preserved and has kept all the charm of old-time life intact. The grandiose ruins and its abbey (a Cluniac site) stand in the center of the town. The village develops around a central square topped by a 17th-century market hall. Wandering through the narrow streets, discover half-timbered houses, the old well, and the abbatial castle with its machicolated tower.
On the ground floor of one of Saint-Maurin's oldest houses (15th century), in the heart of the village, we await you for an ideal stopover or stay as a couple.
The accommodation has all modern comforts: reversible air conditioning, a fully equipped kitchen, a living room, a king-size bed (180 cm), a 6-person spa, and a large travertine shower.
Very bright thanks to its two French windows opening onto two streets (blackout film on the windows ensures your privacy).
Parking in the village square (opposite the market hall).

You will be welcomed with romantic decor including fresh rose petals, a bottle of champagne, and a few small extras... all included in the price, as well as sheets, towels, bathrobes, and end-of-stay cleaning.

We offer as options:
- A charcuterie and cheese platter from a delicatessen accompanied by a bottle of wine (red, rosé, or white of your choice), bread, and dessert. This must be ordered at least 24 hours in advance and is not available on Sundays and Mondays.
- Breakfast consisting of bread, butter, jam, yogurt, chocolate powder, milk, coffee, tea, orange juice, madeleines. This must be reserved 24 hours in advance and will be available upon your arrival.
Our options are only available for the first night if you book several.
