A fuire !!!

Une honte absolue. J’ai réservé une chambre pour la Saint-Valentin trois mois à l’avance, pensant naïvement avoir affaire à des professionnels. Résultat ? En appelant par simple précaution deux semaines avant l’échéance, j’apprends avec stupeur que ma chambre a été attribuée à quelqu'un d'autre.
Non seulement cet établissement brille par son incompétence administrative crasse, mais il semble aussi n'avoir aucune éthique : ils ont encaissé mon argent sans sourciller pour me laisser finalement à la rue, sans la moindre solution de repli, à un moment de l'année où tout est complet.
C’est du vol pur et simple doublé d’un mépris total pour le client. Leur gestion des réservations est digne d'un amateur de bas étage. Vous avez littéralement gâché ce qui devait être un moment spécial. Si vous tenez à votre argent, à votre temps et à votre santé mentale, fuyez cet endroit.

Séjour au Souffle du Saule

Chambres d'hôtes propre, bien agencées et charmantes. Le lieu se situe au calme, idéal pour se reposer et se ressourcer. La mini ferme est très sympathique, le coin hammam/sauna/jacuzzi est top.
Le personnel est très gentil, ouvert aux discussions et fait son possible pour qu'on soit le plus à l'aise possible.
Toutes ces petites touches font que nous avons passé un superbe WE ! À recommander, et nous, on reviendra certainement en famille !
