Le SPA'TIO is a high-end, 60m2 gîte privatized for magical moments as a couple for an overnight stay, a weekend, or a romantic week. Everything is possible; we also offer half-day rentals depending on the period and availability.
Breakfasts are offered, as well as a bottle of "Les bulles du Spa'tio" using the Champagne method.

In the gîte, you have unlimited access to the giant Spa (Jacuzzi and mini-pool), the sauna, personalized ambient music with Alexa (voice-controlled smart speaker), as well as the relaxation lounge in Venetian decor with a white Chesterfield sofa, Smart TV, movable table, mini-bar, ambient lighting, and the romantic suite including a four-poster bed, an "Emmanuelle" armchair, a St. Andrew's cross for naughty games, and dimmed lights in your choice of colors. A large bathroom with a fountain and Northern Lights (bed linen, towels, bathrobes, and slippers included). Our gîte hosts only one couple per rental.
The premises are meticulously cleaned by the owners.
Le Spa'tio is located in the small town of St Maximin, near Chantilly and 5 minutes from the forest.
Situated within a secure property, a parking space is provided for your car.
For your meals, the gîte has an area including a refrigerator, a coffee machine, a kettle for tea, chocolate, crockery, and a microwave.
You also have the option of reserving a table at a local Bistro (300m from the gîte) or at a gourmet restaurant (900m from the gîte).
If you wish to have your meal at Le Spa'tio, nothing could be simpler; you can bring it and reheat it on site or have it delivered directly by one of the 33 restaurants in the commercial area 3km away.
Ideally located, 45 minutes from Paris, 25 minutes from CDG Airport, 20 minutes from Parc Astérix, and 5 minutes from Chantilly with its Castle, Racecourse, and state forest.
