The LOFT spans 110 m² of luxury spread over 2 floors. A bay window replaces the old wooden door under a curved lintel, inviting you in. On the ground floor, the kitchen and living room open onto a sumptuous heated swimming pool with a 6m ceiling! The bedroom is on a mezzanine, with a direct view of the pool, and next to it, a small lounge and a net. This loft has divine light and its terrace overlooks the Dordogne Valley. An outdoor sauna (wood-burning stove) completes the relaxation offerings.
